Data controller
Danova Tech — VAT no. 05369890263 — registered office at Via Rigole 48, 31040 Rigole di Mansuè (TV), Italy.
Email: info@danova-tech.com
Danova Tech is the controller of the personal data collected through this website, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as the legal conditions requiring one do not apply.
What data we process
We process only the data you provide voluntarily and the technical data required for the website to work.
- Contact data entered in the form in the Contact section: full name, email, company or business, the type of need selected and the text of your message.
- Browsing data recorded automatically by the hosting server: IP address, browser and operating system, date and time of the request, pages visited. These are used in aggregate form for security, diagnostics and traffic statistics.
The site does not use profiling cookies and does not build commercial profiles of its visitors.
How the contact form works
The form on this site does not send data to a server of ours. On submission it composes a message in the email programme installed on your device, which you then send to info@danova-tech.com. Your data therefore travels through your own email provider and reaches our mailbox, where it is kept as ordinary business correspondence.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to information and quotation requests and taking pre-contractual steps — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Managing the contractual relationship and the services commissioned — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Complying with tax, accounting and other legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse or intrusion attempts — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Sending promotional communications about our services, only with your freely given consent, revocable at any time — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Whether providing data is mandatory
Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary for us to reply: without it we cannot follow up on your request. Providing any other data is optional and does not affect our reply.
Who we share data with
Data may be handled by authorised staff and shared with the providers of services we rely on, appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR where applicable: our website hosting provider, our email service provider, accounting, tax and legal advisors, and public authorities where the law requires it.
Data is never disclosed publicly, traded or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
The site loads its typefaces from Google servers (Google Fonts). This means your IP address is communicated to Google LLC, based in the United States, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and Google's adherence to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We carry out no other transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep data
- Contact requests not followed by a contract: 24 months from the last exchange.
- Data relating to contracts, invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Italian civil and tax law.
- Technical server logs: 12 months at most, unless needed to investigate unlawful acts.
- Data processed on the basis of consent: until that consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of any consent given.
To do so, simply write to info@danova-tech.com: we reply within 30 days of receiving the request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure: encrypted HTTPS connections, mailboxes protected by strong credentials and two-factor authentication, access limited to strictly necessary personnel, and regular backups.
Minors
Our services are aimed at professionals, companies and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please write to us and we will delete it without delay.

This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
