Internal operations tools
Approvals, scheduling, inventory, reporting: the workflows currently held together by spreadsheets and one person who knows how they work.
Internal tools, client portals, business systems and integrations, built around how your company actually works. In stages, each with a fixed price and something usable at the end of it. Custom software starts from €1,500.

Approvals, scheduling, inventory, reporting: the workflows currently held together by spreadsheets and one person who knows how they work.
Orders, documents, status and messaging in one place, so clients and dealers serve themselves instead of emailing you.
Product rules and pricing in a tool your sales team and partners use, turning two-day quotes into two-minute ones.
Jobs, photos, signatures and time tracking on the phone, offline when needed, synced with the office.
QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, NetSuite and the rest — connected so nobody retypes data between them.
A first version for users and investors in weeks, at a fixed price, on mainstream technology your future team can take over.
Most custom software projects fail the same way: everything is specified at once, built for a year, and delivered to a business that has moved on.
We put the part that removes the most wasted time live first, usually within four to eight weeks, measure what it saved, and only then decide the next stage. Each stage has a fixed price and works on its own — you can stop after any of them and keep everything built so far.
Offshore teams are cheaper per hour and slower per decision. We sit in between: a European team with a shared morning window every day, English throughout, and a quote that reflects where we are rather than where you are.
We work with companies anywhere in the US. For the metros we hear from most, there is a page on the local market, industries and search landscape:
Northeast: New York · Boston · Philadelphia · Washington, DC
Southeast: Miami · Atlanta · Orlando · Tampa · Charlotte · Raleigh · Nashville
Midwest: Chicago · Minneapolis · Detroit · Columbus · Kansas City
Texas and the Southwest: Houston · Dallas · Austin · San Antonio · Phoenix · Las Vegas
West Coast and Mountain: Los Angeles · San Francisco · San Jose · San Diego · Seattle · Portland · Denver · Salt Lake City
If a SaaS product fits 90% of your process, buy it and we can integrate it. If it fits 60%, the missing 40% is where your team loses hours, and custom software usually pays back. We tell you which on the first call.
A company website costs €350 one-off, plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain, maintenance and content changes included on a 24-month minimum term. Web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off; custom business software starts at €1,500. Larger projects get a fixed quote after a free analysis.
Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.
Prices are set in euros and invoiced in euros; most US clients pay by international wire or card, and the bank converts at the day's rate. Projects are split into stages, each paid when it is delivered, so you are never far ahead of the work.
Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.
Thirty minutes on a video call, free and with no sales deck: we tell you what you actually need, what it costs and how long it takes to go live. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that too.
