Custom web and e-commerce
Corporate sites, B2B catalogues and online shops, built rather than assembled from a template, and connected to the systems you already run.
The usual trade-offs of offshoring are a lost day per question, English as everyone's second language, and a legal framework nobody wants to read. None of those apply here: same working hours as the rest of Western Europe, the same GDPR you answer to, EU contract law, and a stable team of ten rather than a rotating pool.

Four kinds of engagement cover most of what reaches us from abroad.
Corporate sites, B2B catalogues and online shops, built rather than assembled from a template, and connected to the systems you already run.
Management systems built around how a company actually works, including the exceptions that packaged software never covers.
Field apps, warehouse apps, customer portals and internal tools, working offline where the job requires it.
APIs, data synchronisation between systems, document processing and AI integrations that remove repetitive work.
Companies move development abroad for one reason: good engineers at home are expensive and hard to hire. It goes wrong for reasons that are just as predictable: a time zone that swallows a day on every question, English as a second language on both sides, a different legal framework, and nobody to call when something breaks.
Northern Italy sits in a useful spot. Same working hours as the rest of Western Europe, the same GDPR obligations you have, contracts under EU law, and invoicing that your accountant already knows how to handle. Costs are meaningfully lower than in Germany, France, the Nordics or the UK — not because corners get cut, but because the cost base is different.
We are a stable team of ten with distinct roles, not a rotating pool of contractors. The person who builds your system is still there in two years, which matters far more on a management system than on a website.
Distance works when the rhythm is fixed and progress is visible without asking for it.
There is no honest list price here, because a management system is built around the way you work. What we can say upfront is the starting point and how we get to the number: analysis, fixed-price quote, and it does not move after that.

Time zone and legal framework. We are in the EU, so GDPR applies to us exactly as it applies to you, there is no third-country transfer to justify, and contracts sit under European law. You write at nine in the morning and get an answer at nine in the morning, not the following night.
Italian, English, German, French and Spanish. Project calls, documentation and support in whichever of those suits you.
Intra-community supply: invoice without Italian VAT, reverse charge on your VAT number. For a UK client it is an export of services, outside the scope of Italian VAT.
Yes, along with the documentation. It goes in the contract and we put it there.
Fixed rhythm rather than sporadic email: a weekly video call, a shared prototype you can open at any time, and one named contact who always knows where the project stands.
Mostly firms that would otherwise pay London rates for the same work. We have dedicated pages for UK clients: a software development agency UK page, a mobile app development company UK page and a web design agency UK page, each covering what actually differs — the rate, the time zone and how invoicing works for an import of services.
Half an hour on a call, no obligation. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit, what it costs and how long it takes.
