About us

Ten people,
one point of contact.

Danova Tech is not one freelancer wearing ten hats, and it is not the kind of outfit where your project changes hands three times before it reaches whoever actually builds it. We are a team of ten with distinct roles: someone who analyses, someone who designs, someone who builds, someone who brings traffic and someone who is still there once the project is live. You talk to one person, and everyone else moves behind them.

How the team is built

Ten roles, not ten people each doing a bit of everything. That is the difference between work that holds up for years and work that runs until somebody touches it.

01

Project lead

The person you actually talk to. Keeps the schedule, tells you where things stand before you have to ask, and translates what you need to the rest of the team. You never have to chase anyone else.

02

Analysis and requirements

Before a single line of code gets written, someone has to understand how you really work: which steps eat your time, where mistakes come from, what you do by hand that could do itself.

03

Design and interfaces

How it looks and, more to the point, how it is used. An ERP your warehouse staff cannot understand is an ERP nobody will use, however elegant it is.

04

Front‑end development

Everything the visitor sees and touches: load speed, behaviour on a phone, accessibility. This is the part that decides whether someone stays or closes the tab.

05

Back‑end development

The engine under the bonnet: data, permissions, security, performance. You never see it, which is precisely why everyone sees it the moment it breaks.

06

Apps and mobile

Native applications and installable web apps, notifications, working without a connection. People who work out in the field need something different from people at a desk.

07

ERP and integrations

The most delicate piece: making tools that were never designed to talk to each other talk to each other. ERP, e‑commerce, invoicing, stock, CRM, and the spreadsheets nobody wants to give up.

08

SEO and content

Being found by people already searching. Site structure, pages that answer one precise question, structured data and local visibility on the ground.

09

Campaigns and advertising

Meta Ads and paid campaigns, with the budget under control and the numbers on the table. They cover the wait while organic traffic grows.

10

Support and maintenance

The work does not end at delivery. Updates, monitoring, backups, and a person who answers when something goes wrong.

How we work with you

The way the work is done matters as much as the result, because it decides whether you are still glad you chose us six months later.

We do not sign a quote and disappear until delivery. Every phase ends in something concrete you can look at and approve before the next one starts, so if something is off you find out at step two rather than at the end.

  • One point of contact. A person who knows your project and answers you. Not a switchboard, not a generic inbox, not three people passing you between them.
  • Phases you approve. Analysis, design, development, testing, launch. At every handover there is something to look at, not just a percentage of progress.
  • The skill sits inside the team. Every phase has, among the ten, the person who knows how to do it. No part of your project is quietly handed to someone you have never heard of.
  • Your accounts, your property. Domain, code, hosting, Search Console, ad accounts: all in your name. If you decide to change supplier one day, you take everything with you, history included.
  • Documentation, not dependency. We leave you a written account of how what we built actually works. We want you to stay because it suits you, not because you cannot leave.

What we do not do

Worth saying up front, because it sets us apart more than any list of technologies.

  • Promises that do not hold. Nobody controls Google’s algorithm and nobody can guarantee you a position. Anyone promising it either does not know, or is counting on you not knowing.
  • Off-the-shelf packages. We start from how you work, not from a price list. If what you need is smaller than what we usually sell, we will say so.
  • Shortcuts. No bought links, no bulk-generated text to pad out pages. They work until Google notices, and then the whole bill arrives at once.
  • Work you do not need. If after the first call it turns out your problem is half a day’s work rather than a project spanning months, the answer is half a day.

Where we are,
where we work.

Our office is in Mansuè, in the province of Treviso in north-east Italy. From there we work remotely with clients across Italy and Europe, in Italian, English and German. Locally we are glad to come and see how you work in person: for an ERP project it is by far the fastest way to understand what is actually needed.

Frequently asked

The questions we always get.

Who will actually handle my project?

A project lead, the same one from start to finish. That is the person who answers you and knows your situation; the other roles work behind them, and you do not have to keep track of who is who.

Are you an agency or a group of freelancers?

We are a settled team of ten with distinct roles. The practical difference is that whoever built your project is still around two years later, when it needs changing.

Do you only work in your region?

No. Remotely we work with clients across Italy and Europe in three languages. In north-east Italy we can also come to your premises, which on some projects makes a real difference.

What happens if I change supplier one day?

You take everything with you. Domain, code, hosting, tool access and data history are in your name from the start, not ours. There are no keys that stay with us.

What languages do you work in?

Italian, English and German, both on projects and in support. This site exists in all three.

Tell us what you need.

One call to understand the problem and tell you whether we can help. If we cannot, we say so straight away rather than waste your time.
