Meta Ads & campaigns

Campaigns run as an investment, not an expense.

The difference between businesses that waste money on advertising and businesses that make money from it is almost never the budget. It is knowing what it costs to win one enquiry, and improving that number week after week. Without measurement it is not marketing, it is hope.

What management covers

A campaign is not a boosted post. It is a system made of measurement, creative and structure, and if one piece is missing the other two deliver half as much.

01

Technical setup

Business Manager, Pixel and conversion API configured properly. It is the part nobody sees and without which you cannot tell where enquiries come from: with no data, optimising is guesswork.

02

Creative

Video and graphics made to stop the thumb in the first two seconds. Looking good is not enough: they have to say instantly what this is and why it should matter.

03

Funnels and retargeting

People who do not know you see one message, people who visited the site see another, people who abandoned a cart another again. Talking to everyone the same way is the fastest route to burning budget.

04

Constant testing

Audiences, creative, copy and formats compared continuously. There is no perfect campaign on day one: there is a campaign that improves every week because somebody is watching it.

The number we actually watch

Likes, reach and views look good in a report and do not pay wages. The number that counts is what a useful enquiry costs you, and how many of those enquiries turn into customers.

That is why campaign work is never separated from work on the site: you can have the best creative in the world, but if the landing page is slow or confusing, cost per enquiry rises and the campaign is not to blame. It is one of the advantages of having development and advertising on the same team rather than at two suppliers blaming each other.

  • Cost per enquiry, not likes. The measure we hold ourselves to is what you spend for each interested person who writes or calls.
  • Your budget, your account. The Business Manager is in your name. You pay Meta directly and see spend in real time, with no opaque middle step.
  • The landing page counts. If needed we build it or fix it ourselves: it is part of the campaign, not a detail downstream.
  • Start small. A modest budget to learn what works, then push on what has already proved it pays.
How we work

A clear method,
zero surprises.

You always know where we are, what it costs and when it arrives. Every stage has a concrete deliverable you can see and approve before we move on.

  1. Objective and numbersWhat a customer is worth to you and what you can afford to spend to acquire one. Without those two numbers nothing serious can be set up.
  2. Measurement setupBusiness Manager, Pixel, conversion API and events on the site. Measure first, spend second.
  3. Creative and messagingProducing the material and the variants to be tested, differentiated for people who know you and people who do not.
  4. Launch and learningThe first weeks are for collecting data. We start with a cautious budget and read what the numbers say.
  5. Continuous optimisationSwitch off what does not pay, push what works, prepare the next variants. Every month a report you can actually read.

Ad budget and management fee

These are two separate things and we want that clear from the start: there is what you pay Meta for advertising, and there is what you pay us to manage it.

The ad budget you pay directly to Meta from your own account. We do not sit in the middle: you see spend in real time and always know where every euro goes.

The management fee is ours, at a fixed monthly price agreed before we start. How much budget you need to begin depends on the industry and on what a customer is worth to you: it is one of the first things we estimate together on the initial call.

Frequently asked questions

The answers that actually matter.

How much budget do I need to start?

It depends on what a customer is worth to you and how competitive the industry is. In general it pays to start modestly to learn what works, and increase only on what has already proved it pays. We give you a concrete estimate after the first call.

Is the ad budget included in your fee?

No, they are separate. You pay for advertising directly to Meta from your own account, so you see spend in real time. Our fee covers management only.

Whose name is the ad account in?

Yours. Business Manager, page and Pixel are yours. If you change agency one day, you take the data history with you, which is the part worth most.

Do they work for any business?

No, and we say so up front. Campaigns work well when there is a broad audience and an offer that can be understood in seconds. For very technical or niche services it is sometimes better to focus on SEO and search. If that is your case we will tell you instead of taking the budget.

Let us talk numbers.

What a customer is worth, what you can spend to acquire one, whether campaigns make sense for you at all. One call is enough to find out.
