Customer apps for brands
Loyalty, subscriptions, drops and ordering apps that give DTC and beauty brands a direct line to customers, outside marketplace algorithms.
Los Angeles runs on brands, production schedules and logistics — and on a lot of software that is really an internal tool or an app with a clear job. We are a ten-person team in northern Italy that builds exactly that, at a fixed price, while you sleep.

Very little of it is glamorous. Almost all of it saves hours every week.
Loyalty, subscriptions, drops and ordering apps that give DTC and beauty brands a direct line to customers, outside marketplace algorithms.
Schedules, assets, approvals and budgets for studios and agencies that currently run on spreadsheets, shared drives and group texts.
Buyers place orders, see their prices, reorder and track shipments themselves — for apparel, beauty and food brands selling to retailers.
Inventory, picking, shipment tracking and customs document workflows around the ports and the Inland Empire.
Classes, treatments, appointments and memberships for studios, clinics and wellness brands across the city.
Shopify, your 3PL, QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Airtable — connected so orders and stock move on their own.
The most common way a custom software project fails is that everything gets specified at once and then built for a year. What arrives matches the specification and no longer matches the business, because twelve months have passed.
We cut it differently. The part that removes the most wasted time goes live first, usually within four to eight weeks. Then we measure what it actually saved, and only then decide the next stage. Each stage has its own fixed price and produces something that works on its own.
That has an awkward consequence for us: you can stop after any stage and keep everything built so far. We think that is the right incentive — it forces the value to arrive early instead of at the end.
Custom business software starts from €1,500; web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off. Every quote is fixed and in writing before work starts.
Nothing exotic, nothing proprietary. Any competent developer you hire later can pick it up.
TypeScript, React or Vue, Node or Python, PostgreSQL. Works in any browser on desktop, tablet and phone.
Native iOS and Android, or React Native and Flutter when one codebase serves both. Installable web apps when the stores add nothing.
Field apps store data on the device and sync when the signal comes back — basements, warehouses, job sites, rural routes.
Encryption in transit and at rest, roles and permissions, audit logs, backups. HIPAA-conscious hosting when health data is involved.
AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or your existing provider, under your account. We can manage it, but you hold the keys.
Code comments, setup guide and an architecture overview in English, written for the next developer rather than for us.
Italy is nine hours ahead of Los Angeles. That is the widest gap in the country, and we will not pretend otherwise: the shared window is your early morning, about 7 to 9am Pacific, our late afternoon. It works well for weekly reviews and decisions, and the upside is real — we build while you sleep, so you wake up to progress. It does not work if you need someone on a call with you at 3pm.
Contracts are in English, intellectual property is assigned to your company, and invoices carry no Italian VAT. The code lives in your repository from the first commit.
When we are the wrong choice. If you need developers embedded in your office, or a large team on a multi-year program with daily stand-ups at 2pm your time, a Los Angeles firm fits better. We will say so on the first call.
Custom business software starts from €1,500 for a focused first stage. A typical internal tool or portal lands in the low five figures in euros across its stages; a large ERP-style system more. Every stage gets a fixed price in writing after a free analysis.
If your users are your own staff or clients who log in, a web app installed on the home screen usually does the job at a lower cost. If you need app store presence, push notifications on iOS, or deep device features, go native. We tell you which on the first call.
Yes. We review the code first and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper — and why.
You do. It lives in your repository, intellectual property is assigned to your company in the contract, and there is no license tied to us.
Italy is 9 hours ahead of Pacific time. We schedule calls in your morning, which is our afternoon, and do most of the build while you are offline. In practice you get answers overnight rather than waiting for them during your day.
Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.
Prices are set in euros and invoiced in euros; most US clients pay by international wire or card, and the bank converts at the day's rate. Projects are split into stages, each paid when it is delivered, so you are never far ahead of the work.
Thirty minutes on a call: we look at the problem, tell you what the first useful stage would be, what it costs and how long it takes.
