Company website
A handful of pages done properly: who you are, what you do, who for, how to reach you. Fast, readable on a phone, and written around the words your customers actually type.
Straight answer first: we are not in Shoreditch. We are a small software and web team in northern Italy, working in English for UK clients. What follows is why that usually works in your favour, the cases where it does not, and exactly what we build.

Four kinds of project cover almost everything that reaches us from the UK. The first job is usually working out which of the four you actually need — surprisingly often it is the smaller one.
A handful of pages done properly: who you are, what you do, who for, how to reach you. Fast, readable on a phone, and written around the words your customers actually type.
Product pages, payments, shipping, order handling. Connected to your stock or accounting system where one exists, so nothing is keyed in twice.
Orders, documents and case progress available to your clients or field staff. It usually saves more hours than the public website, and almost nobody asks for it first.
Stock, jobs, service reports, scheduling. Built around how you work rather than how a vendor decided everyone should work, and connected to what you already run.
A site rebuilt without a redirect plan loses its positions overnight. Migration gets prepared: URL inventory, redirects, and checks after go-live.
A site nobody finds is decoration. Structure, content and Google Business Profile first; Google or Meta campaigns afterwards, if the numbers justify them.
A central London agency with thirty staff pays central London rent and central London salaries. That is a legitimate cost of doing business, and it ends up in your quote. It buys you people in a room down the road, which for some projects is worth every penny and for most website projects is not.
We are a small team with low fixed costs. For the same work the quote is materially lower, and not because we cut corners on hours — there is simply less overhead to carry. You also speak to the person doing the work rather than to an account manager who relays it.
The practical side is unremarkable: we work in English, we are one hour ahead of London, and for B2B services between an EU supplier and a UK business the reverse charge applies, so no VAT appears on the invoice. Contracts are in English. Domain, hosting and source code are registered in your name from go-live.
When we are the wrong choice. If you need someone in your office two days a week, if you want a named brand on the credentials slide, or if the project needs ten people running in parallel, a London agency is the right answer and we will say so on the first call.
On a query like "web design London" you are up against directories, listing sites and agencies with fifteen-year-old domains and thousands of backlinks. Aiming there in month one is the fastest way to spend a budget without moving a position.
What works is the narrow entry: not your industry plus the city, but the specific problem you solve for a specific kind of customer. These queries get a few dozen searches a month and convert far better, and the pages currently ranking for them are often generic filler that better writing simply overtakes.
London adds one specific twist worth knowing: a large share of local searches carry the borough or the area rather than the city — Islington, Croydon, Canary Wharf. If you have a physical address, the Google Business Profile and a properly written area page compete in a much smaller and much more winnable field than the city-wide term.
The order matters and cannot be reversed. Narrow queries first; once those hold and bring enquiries, the site has the history and the links to attempt the broad ones.
Two routes, same website. Either you pay a little each month with everything included, or you pay once and the site is yours. Neither is the poor relation: pick the one that fits your cash flow.

Yes, in English and for several years. We are one hour ahead of London, which means a full working overlap. Video calls handle almost everything; we travel when a project genuinely warrants it.
A website costs £/€24.80 per month including VAT with domain, hosting, maintenance and content changes included, on a 24-month minimum term; or €350 as a one-off if you would rather own it outright, plus €150 for initial search optimisation on Google and Bing. Custom business software starts at €1,500.
For business-to-business services the reverse charge applies: we invoice without VAT and you account for it in your own return. You will need to give us your VAT number. Your accountant will recognise the arrangement immediately — it is standard.
Two to eight weeks depending on scope. What stretches a project is almost never the development: it is the copy and the photography. With material ready, a company website goes live in two to three weeks.
Yes, and it is common. We look first at whether fixing beats rebuilding, and say which with reasons. If it is a rebuild, the redirect plan is prepared before launch so hard-won rankings survive the move.
Yes. For a new site the initial optimisation for Google and Bing is €150 one-off. Ongoing monthly work is a separate, flat-fee service with no minimum term.
Yes, from go-live on the one-off option: domain, hosting, content and source code are all in your company's name. On the monthly plan we manage it for the minimum term, but the content remains yours throughout.
Yes — it is where we started. Stock, jobs, service reports, client portals and apps for field teams. Fairly often what a company actually needs is not a new website but an internal tool that saves hours every week.
Thirty minutes on a call, free and with no sales deck: we tell you what you actually need, what it costs and how long it takes to go live.
