MVPs
A first web or mobile version in six to ten weeks, cut to what tests the idea, with code your future team will be happy to inherit.
Austin startups need to ship before the runway runs out, and established companies need tools their engineers never get to. We are a ten-person team in northern Italy that builds MVPs, mobile apps and internal software at a fixed price, on mainstream technology.

Very little of it is glamorous. Almost all of it saves hours every week.

iOS and Android with React Native or native code, store publishing under your accounts, analytics tied to your hypotheses.
Admin panels, ops dashboards and support tooling, so engineers stay on the product.
Ticketing, reservations and loyalty for venues and hospitality.
Daily reports, buyer portals and job costing for builders around the fast-growing suburbs.
Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion and your data warehouse connected without a person in the middle.
The most common way a custom software project fails is that everything gets specified at once and then built for a year. What arrives matches the specification and no longer matches the business, because twelve months have passed.
We cut it differently. The part that removes the most wasted time goes live first, usually within four to eight weeks. Then we measure what it actually saved, and only then decide the next stage. Each stage has its own fixed price and produces something that works on its own.
That has an awkward consequence for us: you can stop after any stage and keep everything built so far. We think that is the right incentive — it forces the value to arrive early instead of at the end.
Custom business software starts from €1,500; web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off. Every quote is fixed and in writing before work starts.
Nothing exotic, nothing proprietary. Any competent developer you hire later can pick it up.
TypeScript, React or Vue, Node or Python, PostgreSQL. Works in any browser on desktop, tablet and phone.
Native iOS and Android, or React Native and Flutter when one codebase serves both. Installable web apps when the stores add nothing.
Field apps store data on the device and sync when the signal comes back — basements, warehouses, job sites, rural routes.
Encryption in transit and at rest, roles and permissions, audit logs, backups. HIPAA-conscious hosting when health data is involved.
AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or your existing provider, under your account. We can manage it, but you hold the keys.
Code comments, setup guide and an architecture overview in English, written for the next developer rather than for us.
Italy is seven hours ahead of Austin. Between 8 and 11am Central we are both working, and that window is where calls and decisions go. Most of our build time happens before your day starts, so a question you send in the evening usually has an answer, and often a working fix, by the time you open your laptop.
Contracts are in English, intellectual property is assigned to your company, and invoices carry no Italian VAT. The code lives in your repository from the first commit.
When we are the wrong choice. If you need developers embedded in your office, or a large team on a multi-year program with daily stand-ups at 2pm your time, a Austin firm fits better. We will say so on the first call.
Custom business software starts from €1,500 for a focused first stage. A typical internal tool or portal lands in the low five figures in euros across its stages; a large ERP-style system more. Every stage gets a fixed price in writing after a free analysis.
If your users are your own staff or clients who log in, a web app installed on the home screen usually does the job at a lower cost. If you need app store presence, push notifications on iOS, or deep device features, go native. We tell you which on the first call.
Yes. We review the code first and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper — and why.
You do. It lives in your repository, intellectual property is assigned to your company in the contract, and there is no license tied to us.
Italy is 7 hours ahead of Central time. We schedule calls in your morning, which is our afternoon, and do most of the build while you are offline. In practice you get answers overnight rather than waiting for them during your day.
Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.
Prices are set in euros and invoiced in euros; most US clients pay by international wire or card, and the bank converts at the day's rate. Projects are split into stages, each paid when it is delivered, so you are never far ahead of the work.
Thirty minutes on a call: we look at the problem, tell you what the first useful stage would be, what it costs and how long it takes.
