App and software development
for Denver businesses.

Denver companies tend to work outdoors, in the field or on job sites, and their software has to work there too. We are a ten-person team in northern Italy that builds mobile apps and custom software at a fixed price, in stages, offline-ready where it matters.

What we build

The software Denver companies
actually ask for

Very little of it is glamorous. Almost all of it saves hours every week.

01

Field service and energy apps

Inspections, work orders and maintenance logs that work without signal across the Front Range and beyond.

02

Construction tools

Daily reports, job costing and subcontractor scheduling for builders across the metro.

03

Rental and booking apps

Gear rentals, guided trips and reservations for outdoor and recreation businesses.

04

Healthcare and wellness apps

Booking, memberships and intake with HIPAA-conscious handling and Colorado privacy rules in mind.

05

Aerospace supplier tools

RFQ workflows, document control and supplier portals.

06

Integrations

QuickBooks, Shopify, your CRM and ERP connected so nobody retypes data.

How projects are structured

In stages,
so you can stop.

The most common way a custom software project fails is that everything gets specified at once and then built for a year. What arrives matches the specification and no longer matches the business, because twelve months have passed.

We cut it differently. The part that removes the most wasted time goes live first, usually within four to eight weeks. Then we measure what it actually saved, and only then decide the next stage. Each stage has its own fixed price and produces something that works on its own.

That has an awkward consequence for us: you can stop after any stage and keep everything built so far. We think that is the right incentive — it forces the value to arrive early instead of at the end.

Custom business software starts from €1,500; web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off. Every quote is fixed and in writing before work starts.

Under the hood

Mainstream technology,
your repository

Nothing exotic, nothing proprietary. Any competent developer you hire later can pick it up.

01

Web apps

TypeScript, React or Vue, Node or Python, PostgreSQL. Works in any browser on desktop, tablet and phone.

02

Mobile apps

Native iOS and Android, or React Native and Flutter when one codebase serves both. Installable web apps when the stores add nothing.

03

Offline first

Field apps store data on the device and sync when the signal comes back — basements, warehouses, job sites, rural routes.

04

Security by default

Encryption in transit and at rest, roles and permissions, audit logs, backups. HIPAA-conscious hosting when health data is involved.

05

Hosting you control

AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or your existing provider, under your account. We can manage it, but you hold the keys.

06

Documentation

Code comments, setup guide and an architecture overview in English, written for the next developer rather than for us.

Honestly

Working from Italy,
and when it does not fit

Italy is eight hours ahead of Denver. The shared window is your early morning, roughly 7 to 10am Mountain, which is our late afternoon. It is enough for a weekly review and quick decisions; it is not enough for a supplier who sits in your Slack all day, and we would rather say that now.

Contracts are in English, intellectual property is assigned to your company, and invoices carry no Italian VAT. The code lives in your repository from the first commit.

When we are the wrong choice. If you need developers embedded in your office, or a large team on a multi-year program with daily stand-ups at 2pm your time, a Denver firm fits better. We will say so on the first call.

How we work

Fixed price,
no surprises.

  1. Free 30-minute callWhat you sell, who to, and what the site or software has to do. No sales deck. Sometimes the honest conclusion is that you need less than you thought.
  2. Fixed-price quoteOne figure in writing, covering everything needed to go live. It does not move mid-project: anything you add later is quoted separately, and only if you ask.
  3. Built in stagesYou see something usable within the first weeks, then every week after. Corrections happen during the build, not in a big review at the end.
  4. Launch and afterGo-live, checks, training for your team. Maintenance is optional — you are not locked in, and the domain, accounts and source code are in your company's name.
FAQ

Software questions from Denver.

How much does custom software cost?

Custom business software starts from €1,500 for a focused first stage. A typical internal tool or portal lands in the low five figures in euros across its stages; a large ERP-style system more. Every stage gets a fixed price in writing after a free analysis.

Native app or web app?

If your users are your own staff or clients who log in, a web app installed on the home screen usually does the job at a lower cost. If you need app store presence, push notifications on iOS, or deep device features, go native. We tell you which on the first call.

Can you take over software another developer started?

Yes. We review the code first and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper — and why.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository, intellectual property is assigned to your company in the contract, and there is no license tied to us.

How do the time zones work with Denver?

Italy is 8 hours ahead of Mountain time. We schedule calls in your morning, which is our afternoon, and do most of the build while you are offline. In practice you get answers overnight rather than waiting for them during your day.

Do we pay VAT or sales tax on your invoice?

Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.

How do we pay, and in what currency?

Prices are set in euros and invoiced in euros; most US clients pay by international wire or card, and the bank converts at the day's rate. Projects are split into stages, each paid when it is delivered, so you are never far ahead of the work.
