What METSTRADE is and what it asks of a stand
METSTRADE is the world's leading trade show for leisure marine equipment: engines, onboard electronics, hardware, interiors, coatings, materials and services for shipyards. Every November RAI Amsterdam brings together suppliers and boatbuilders from all over the world. It is open to trade visitors only.
Many exhibitors come from China and Taiwan, next to Italian and other European component makers. The stand must show technical products, often small or heavy, and host meetings with shipyard purchasing teams.
What a stand for METSTRADE needs
- Technical walls. Structures for hardware, electronics and components, with fixings for the weights.
- Display cases. Lit cases for the smallest parts.
- Boat sections. Rebuilt deck or helm sections to show products installed.
- Shipyard meeting area. Tables for purchasing teams.
- Technical graphics. Product sheets and applications.

Exhibiting from Asia or from abroad
Most of our international clients have never worked with a European stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.
- One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in your language (Chinese, Hindi, Urdu and more) with the help of translation tools.
- Coordinated crews, warehouse and production. Partner installation crews, our warehouse and trusted workshops for all wood-based structures and furniture, coordinated by one team: one point of control over quality and deadlines.
- Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
- We work with your design. If your designer at home has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
- Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in Asia or anywhere else, with an itemised quote in euro.
- Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
- Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
- Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Our own production
We make every wooden element ourselves, from A to Z.
Walls, counters, desks, platforms, display units, shelves and furniture in wood: we design them around your brand, have them built by selected partner workshops we have worked with for years, and manage transport and installation at the fair ourselves. One contact person runs design, production, transport and installation, so you never have to chase separate suppliers. We use Class 1 fire-rated certified materials and have already built more than 300 stands.
No third-party mark-up
Builders without production buy walls and furniture from others and add their margin. We don't: for the same stand, the price is lower.

Every piece is built on the size of your space and your products, not adapted from a catalogue.

Yes, in Chinese or English, with a contract directly with your company.

Yes, in Italy and across Europe.
How much does a stand for METSTRADE cost?
It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.
Can we communicate in our own language?
Yes. Write to us in English, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu or your language: we reply in your language with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too.
Is the stand rented or bought?
As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
