Is the site survey really free?
Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.
What does fixed price mean?
The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.
How do you guarantee deadlines?
Start date, completion date and intermediate stages are written into the contract, together with the work schedule. Crews and materials are planned before the site opens, so the calendar does not depend on last-minute availability.
Where do you work?
Throughout Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia (north-east Italy): the provinces of Treviso, Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, Belluno, Rovigo, Pordenone, Udine, Gorizia and Trieste. Our base is in Mansuè, province of Treviso, halfway between Treviso, Pordenone and Venice.
Which languages do you speak?
Italian, English and Romanian, spoken and written. Quotes, contracts and site updates can also be prepared in other languages.
Do you also take on single trades?
Yes. Besides full renovations we can handle just drywall, painting, door fitting, flooring, windows or a facade. Even then the price is fixed and deadlines are written.
Do you publish prices?
No, because every property is different: the state of the systems, site access and chosen finishes change the cost a lot. After the free survey you receive a detailed written quote, with no obligation.
Do you work for foreign owners?
Yes. Many owners of second homes and investment properties in Veneto and Friuli live abroad: we manage the site locally and report with photos, videos and calls in English or Romanian.
