Hotel rooms and corridors
Wooden fire doors with finishes matching the furniture: safety without a hospital look.

Fire-resistant doors in steel, wood or glass for hotel rooms, corridors, stairwells, plant rooms, car parks and warehouses. We supply them, install them to the manufacturer’s instructions and give you the documentation for fire brigade inspections.
Fire-rated doors (in Italy called REI or EI doors) keep smoke and flames out and maintain insulation for a stated time, for example 30, 60 or 120 minutes, preventing a fire from passing from one compartment to another. They are required by the fire safety rules for the activity: hotels, offices, car parks, plant rooms, protected stairs, warehouses. They must be certified and installed to the manufacturer’s instructions, with a door closer and, where required, a panic bar.

Single or double doors with closers and magnets linked to the detection system.
Steel doors with certified ventilation grilles where required.
Fire doors between garages and stairwell or cellars.
Doors and gates for compartments between production, storage and offices.
Emergency exits with panic bars and signage.

In hotels, room and corridor doors must meet fire requirements, but they are also part of the guest experience. We propose wooden fire doors with finishes matching the furniture, concealed closers and electronic locks, soundproofed for rest.
In a hotel renovation doors are coordinated with compartments, ceilings and systems: one contact prevents each supplier working on its own.
REI is the historic Italian abbreviation for load-bearing capacity (R), integrity (E) and insulation (I). For doors the European EI classification is used today, as a door is not load-bearing; in everyday language people still say REI doors.
