What turnkey means

A turnkey renovation is a project in which a single company takes care of everything, from design to handing over a property ready to live in or open. With Danova Real Estate you sign one contract, with a fixed price and written deadlines: we coordinate technicians, crews and suppliers, prepare permits and tax-bonus paperwork, and keep you updated throughout.

When it pays off

Why choose a single company

When you hire the mason, plumber, electrician, drywall installer, tiler and painter separately, coordination falls on you: who comes first, who waits for whom, who is responsible if something goes wrong. That is where delays and unexpected costs come from.

With the turnkey formula there is only one party responsible. Crews are scheduled in sequence, materials ordered in advance and surprises handled by us rather than passed on to you: the price you sign is the price you pay.

We work on apartments, houses, commercial spaces, hotels and apartment buildings and industrial properties throughout Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. For this year’s tax deductions see the Italian renovation bonus 2026.

FAQ

Questions about turnkey renovation.

How long does a full renovation take?

It depends on size and works: a bathroom usually takes a few weeks, a full apartment a few months. After the survey we give you a precise completion date, which we write into the contract.

Can I stay in the property during works?

For partial work (a bathroom, doors, painting) often yes, by organising the trades by zone. For a full renovation with new systems it is better to vacate the property: we tell you clearly before starting.

What if something unexpected comes up?

During the survey we check structures and systems precisely to reduce surprises. If something emerges that could not be seen (for example a damaged beam inside a wall) we show it to you, propose the solution with its cost in writing and you decide.

Do I choose materials and finishes?

Yes. We propose a few options for each item, with samples and renders, and you can also name brands or products you prefer. Everything is written in the quote.

Do you also supply kitchens and furniture?

Yes, we can supply kitchen, wardrobes and custom furniture so the property is truly ready to use.

Is the site survey really free?

Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.

What does fixed price mean?

The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.

How do you guarantee deadlines?

Start date, completion date and intermediate stages are written into the contract, together with the work schedule. Crews and materials are planned before the site opens, so the calendar does not depend on last-minute availability.
