Insulated drywall
A solid wall with mineral wool: privacy and quiet, ready for paint, sockets and shelves.

We divide living rooms, open spaces, bedrooms and offices with insulated drywall partitions, full-height glass walls with slim frames, pocket sliding doors and flush doors. Fast, clean dry construction with acoustic insulation and services already integrated.

The most common case is creating an extra bedroom from a large living room: with a drywall partition, a door and a tall glass wall, daylight from the windows reaches both spaces. Useful when the family grows or to let a room.
With remote working many ask for a separate study: an acoustically insulated wall with a door, or a glass wall with an integrated curtain. In offices we create meeting rooms and closed workstations with glass walls and acoustic ceilings; in hotels we divide suites and connecting rooms.
A new wall changes the internal layout, so a CILA is usually needed: we prepare it, also checking the ventilation and daylight requirements for the new room.
The drywall structure usually goes up in one or two days; with filling, painting and door the job is done in a few days. Made-to-measure glass walls take a few weeks to produce.

Usually a CILA, because the internal layout changes. The new room must meet window and floor area requirements: we check first.
Yes: dry walls are easily dismantled, without heavy demolition.
Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.
The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.
Send us a floor plan or a few photos: we propose where and how to divide.
