Questions about hotel renovation.
Can you work with the hotel partly open?
Yes, by batches of rooms or floors, separating site routes from guest routes and concentrating noisy work at agreed times.
Do you handle fire safety permits?
Yes: with our technicians we prepare documentation for the fire brigade when the works require it, and install certified fire doors and compartments.
Do you supply the room furniture?
Yes, custom contract furniture for rooms, lobby, restaurant and outdoor areas, produced and fitted in time for reopening.
Are there incentives for hotels?
In recent years Italy has had incentives for tourism and for the energy upgrading of hospitality properties: we check with you and your accountant which are active at the time of the works.
Do you work in the mountains and on the lake?
Yes: the Veneto and Friuli coast, the Belluno Dolomites, Lake Garda and the art cities. In the mountains we plan around access, altitude and weather.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.
What does fixed price mean?
The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.
How do you guarantee deadlines?
Start date, completion date and intermediate stages are written into the contract, together with the work schedule. Crews and materials are planned before the site opens, so the calendar does not depend on last-minute availability.
When does your season end?
Tell us the property, number of rooms and closing period: we tell you what can be done in that window.
