Does the client remain the studio’s?
Yes. The client relationship, the design and the artistic direction remain the studio’s. We are the building contractor or general contractor chosen together with you.
Do you work on projects with many bespoke details?
Yes, that is exactly the kind of work where a network of reliable craftsmen is needed: joiners, metalworkers, glaziers, specialist layers.
Can we entrust you with only some trades?
Yes: we can carry out only building works and finishes, or run the whole site as general contractor.
Do you work with foreign architects?
Yes. If your studio has a project in north-east Italy we act as your local builder, reporting in English or Romanian.
How does a collaboration start?
