Most requested

From bath to shower, from dark to bright

Replacing the bath with a shower is the most requested job: you gain space, step in without a threshold and the bathroom looks bigger. With a level-access tray and fixed glass the result is clean and modern.

White and grey work in almost every bathroom: large slabs with few joints, one darker stone-effect wall, white wall-hung fixtures and black or chrome taps. The bathroom looks wider and is easy to clean.

A second bathroom or utility room is often created from a storeroom or part of a bedroom with a drywall partition wall. We check drains and falls at the survey.

FAQ

Questions about bathroom renovation.

How much does a bathroom renovation cost?

It depends on the floor area, the state of pipes and drains, the demolition needed, shower or bath, and above all the tiles, fixtures and taps you choose. That is why we do not publish price lists: after the free survey you receive a written, itemised quote at a fixed price, and the Italian tax deduction lowers the real cost.

How long does it take to renovate a bathroom?

Usually a few weeks on site once materials and fixtures are chosen. We write the exact date into the contract.

Can I stay at home during the works?

Yes, if there is a second bathroom it is easy; if it is the only one, we organise the stages to minimise the days without facilities and tell you which they are beforehand.

Does bathroom renovation qualify for the Italian bonus?

Yes, when it involves extraordinary maintenance (for example redoing the systems): in 2026 the deduction is 50% on the main residence and 36% on other properties. The correct building permit is needed, and we prepare it.

Can I choose tiles and fixtures myself?

Of course: we help you choose with samples and renders, or we install products you have already selected, listing them in the quote.

Do you do bathrooms for hotels and B&Bs?

Yes, with materials for intensive use and works organised by batches of rooms in the low season.

Is the site survey really free?

Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.

What does fixed price mean?

The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.
