Non-walkable loft
Boards or rolls on the floor, or blown-in loose insulation: fast and with no demolition.

We insulate walkable and non-walkable lofts, attic rooms and floors above unheated spaces: with boards laid dry, with insulated drywall linings and ceilings, or by blowing insulation into cavities. Quick, low-impact works with the paperwork for Italian tax deductions.
In an uninsulated house a large share of heat escapes through the roof and top floor. Loft insulation works on the floor between heated rooms and the cold loft, or on the roof slopes if the loft is lived in. It is done with insulation boards, insulated ceilings and linings or blown-in insulation in cavities, without rebuilding the roof. Danova Real Estate carries it out across Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Boards or rolls on the floor, or blown-in loose insulation: fast and with no demolition.
High-strength boards with a floor on top, so you can keep using it for storage.
Insulating the slopes from inside with insulated drywall ceilings, or from outside when the roof is replaced.
Loose fibres or beads blown into floor and wall cavities through small holes, then closed.
Where needed, to prevent condensation and mould in the insulation.
Insulated, airtight loft hatches, so the work is not wasted.
Compared with external wall insulation, insulating the loft costs less, takes a few days and needs no scaffolding, which is why it is often the first step on 1960s to 90s houses.
If the roof leaks or tiles need replacing, it is better to insulate during the roof replacement, laying insulation above the boarding for better summer comfort too.
At the survey we check structure, damp, services running through the loft and access, and propose the simplest solution for your building.
Loose insulation (mineral wool fibres, cellulose or beads) is blown into floor and wall cavities or onto a non-walkable loft floor. It takes hours or a few days, with no demolition and very little dust indoors.
It depends on area, access, material and required thickness. We do not publish price lists: after the free survey you receive a written fixed-price quote, and the Italian ecobonus lowers the real cost.
Insulating the floor towards an unheated loft or the roof slopes qualifies for the ecobonus: 50% on the main residence and 36% on other properties in 2026, if the thermal requirements are met. We prepare the documents and the ENEA filing.
Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.
The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.
Start date, completion date and intermediate stages are written into the contract, together with the work schedule. Crews and materials are planned before the site opens, so the calendar does not depend on last-minute availability.
Address, type of house and loft access: we come to see it and propose the solution.
