White or graphite EPS
Light and economical, excellent value: the most used on houses and apartment buildings.

We insulate detached houses, terraced houses and apartment buildings from the outside with complete insulation systems: thickness design, scaffolding, board installation, base coats, coloured finishes and documents for Italian tax deductions.
External wall insulation (in Italian cappotto termico) is an insulation system applied to the outside of walls: insulating boards glued and anchored, reinforcing mesh, base coat and coloured finish. It cuts heat loss in winter and overheating in summer, removes many thermal bridges and much mould, and renews the look of the building. In 2026 it qualifies for the Italian ecobonus, with a deduction of 50% on the main residence and 36% on other properties, if it meets the technical requirements.

Colours, textured renders, stone or wood effect: the facade changes look.
It depends on the starting building, thickness and heating system. On uninsulated houses from the 1960s to 80s the saving on heating is usually significant; the initial assessment gives you an estimate for your case.
External insulation qualifies for the ecobonus: in 2026 the deduction is 50% for the main residence and 36% for other properties, meeting the thermal requirements and paperwork. From 2027 the rates fall to 36% and 30%.
Yes, for shared facades a resolution of the owners’ meeting is needed. We prepare design, renders and quote for the meeting.
On the contrary: when properly designed and installed it raises the temperature of interior walls and reduces the condensation that causes mould. Details around windows matter a lot.
Yes, when the facade cannot be changed (for example in a listed historic centre) you can insulate from inside with insulated drywall linings.
Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.
The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.
Start date, completion date and intermediate stages are written into the contract, together with the work schedule. Crews and materials are planned before the site opens, so the calendar does not depend on last-minute availability.
Address, building type and year of construction: we come to see it and give you a quote and savings estimate.
