Can I choose only some parts of the package?
Yes. You can entrust us with works and furniture only, or add website, photos, software and campaigns whenever you like. The greatest advantage comes when the parts run together.
Does the website connect to my channel manager?
We work with the main booking engines and channel managers: we assess together the best solution for your property.
How long does it all take?
It depends on the scale of works. We plan everything within your closing window and write the reopening date into the contract.
Do you work for B&Bs and residences too?
Yes, the package adapts to properties of every size: B&Bs, guesthouses, residences, agriturismi, campsites and hotels.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.
What does fixed price mean?
The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.
How do you guarantee deadlines?
Start date, completion date and intermediate stages are written into the contract, together with the work schedule. Crews and materials are planned before the site opens, so the calendar does not depend on last-minute availability.
