Do you furnish just some rooms?

Yes: we can renew one floor or one room type at a time, keeping the style consistent for later batches.

Does the furniture meet fire regulations?

Where required we use materials and upholstery with the prescribed fire-reaction class, with documentation.

How long does production take?

It depends on quantity and complexity. That is why we start design and orders during the season, so production is ready for closing.

Is there a bonus for furniture?

For private owners renovating a home in Italy there is the furniture bonus, extended in 2026 with a €5,000 spending cap. For hospitality properties incentives depend on active schemes: we check them with you and your accountant.

Is the site survey really free?

Yes. We come to the property, measure, check systems and structures and give you a written, itemised quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.

What does fixed price mean?

The price written in the contract is the final price for the work described. If during the job you decide to add or change something, we quote it in writing first: no extra item appears on the invoice without your approval.

How do you guarantee deadlines?

Start date, completion date and intermediate stages are written into the contract, together with the work schedule. Crews and materials are planned before the site opens, so the calendar does not depend on last-minute availability.
