Exhibiting in Europe from Asia usually means working with three or four suppliers you have never met: a designer at home, a local builder at the fair, a furniture rental company, an electrician. Every handover is a risk, and nobody is responsible for the result.
We take the whole stand off your hands. One contact person follows the project from the first sketch to dismantling, speaks English and replies in your language, and knows the technical regulations of the main European venues. You get one itemised quote in euro and one contract with your company.
What we handle for your stand
- Design and 3D render. On your floor plan and position in the hall, or from your own designer's drawings.
- Production in Italy. Wooden structures, furniture and graphics produced and checked in Italy before leaving.
- Transport and storage. We ship the stand to the venue and store it between shows if it is yours.
- Installation and dismantling. Partner crews, including local ones, coordinated by us during the official build-up days.
- Approvals and certificates. Drawings, electrical declarations and fire-rating certificates for the organiser.
- Shell scheme upgrades. If you exhibit in a national pavilion, we can upgrade your shell scheme with graphics, furniture, lighting and screens.

How we work with foreign exhibitors.

- Show and dismantlingAssistance during the show, dismantling at the end and, if the stand is yours, storage for next time.
Our own production
We make every wooden element ourselves, from A to Z.
Walls, counters, desks, platforms, display units, shelves and furniture in wood: we design them around your brand, have them built by selected partner workshops we have worked with for years, and manage transport and installation at the fair ourselves. One contact person runs design, production, transport and installation, so you never have to chase separate suppliers. We use Class 1 fire-rated certified materials and have already built more than 300 stands.

Questions we are often asked.
Do you build stands outside Italy?
Yes. We build stands across Europe, especially in Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands, with production in Italy, transport organised by us and installation by partner crews coordinated by us.
Can we communicate in our language?
Yes. We work in English and reply in your language, including Chinese, Hindi or Urdu, with the help of translation tools; important technical details are confirmed in English too.
How do we pay?
We sign a contract directly with your company and send an itemised quote in euro; payment is by international bank transfer.
Can you build from our own design?
Yes. We check your design against the venue's technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
