What Cosmoprof is and what it asks of a stand

Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is the reference trade show for the global beauty industry. In March, BolognaFiere hosts finished-product brands, salon professionals, distributors and the entire supply chain: Cosmopack for packaging, private label and contract manufacturing, Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics for retail brands, and Cosmo Hair, Nail & Beauty Salon for professionals.

Many Chinese companies exhibit at Cosmoprof, especially in packaging, OEM/ODM manufacturing, tools and accessories, and more and more with their own consumer brands. Buyers walk the halls looking for suppliers they can trust: a clean, well-lit stand with a proper meeting room tells them a lot before the conversation starts.

What a stand for Cosmoprof needs

Light that shows the product. Backlit shelves and colour-accurate lighting so packaging, textures and colours look right.
Demo and treatment stations. Make-up, hair or nail stations with mirrors, sinks, water supply and drainage where the organiser allows it.
Meeting rooms for buyers. Closed or semi-closed rooms to discuss private label projects and price lists confidentially.
Sample walls for packaging and OEM. Modular shelving to show bottles, jars, compacts and materials by family, easy to reorganise.
Storage for samples. A lockable storeroom for samples, catalogues and giveaways.

Installation crews on site

Exhibiting from China or from abroad

Most of our international clients have never worked with an Italian stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in Chinese with the help of translation tools.
Our own crews, warehouse and production. Installation crews, warehouse and in-house production of structures, furniture and graphics: fewer subcontractors, more control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer in China has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in China or abroad, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Questions we are often asked.

Can you build a stand for Cosmopack (packaging and contract manufacturing)?

Yes. We design sample walls, meeting rooms and product displays for packaging and OEM/ODM suppliers, as well as stands for finished-product brands.

Can we have running water for demonstrations?

Where the hall allows it, yes: we plan water supply and drainage in the project and order the connection from BolognaFiere in time.

How much does a stand for Cosmoprof cost?

It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.

Can we communicate in Chinese?

Yes. Write to us in Chinese or English: we reply in Chinese with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too, to avoid misunderstandings.

Is the stand rented or bought?

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
