What EICMA is and what it asks of a stand

EICMA is the world's leading two-wheeler show. Every November, Fiera Milano Rho fills with motorcycles, scooters, e-bikes, helmets, riding apparel and components, with press and trade days followed by public days that bring in very large crowds of riders and fans.

Over the last few years Chinese manufacturers have become a major presence at EICMA, from established motorcycle groups to electric scooter and e-bike brands launching in Europe. For a brand that wants European dealers and media to take it seriously, the stand is the first proof of quality: it has to look premium, keep the bikes safe, and still work when thousands of visitors want to sit on them.

What a stand for EICMA needs

Load-bearing platforms and ramps. Platforms sized on the weight and number of vehicles, with loading ramps, protected edges and anti-slip finishes.
Visibility above the crowd. Hanging banners, tall fabric towers and LED walls that can be seen across the hall on public days.
A separate dealer and press area. A closed meeting room or lounge for distributor meetings and interviews, away from the public flow.
Launch moments. Unveiling platforms, lighting cues and screens for press conferences and new-model launches.
Merchandise counter and storage. Sales or giveaway counter with a lockable back room for stock and visitors' bags.

Your stand designed on your floor space and position in the hall, approved by you before anything is built.

Materials and components

Structures, walls, floors, furniture and every component required by the design and by the fair's technical regulations.

Printing, electrical system with Italian declaration of conformity, lighting, carpet, screens and LED walls.

Installation crews on site

Our own crews and partners build the stand during the official build-up days and dismantle it after the show.

Exhibiting from China or from abroad

Most of our international clients have never worked with an Italian stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in Chinese with the help of translation tools.
Our own crews, warehouse and production. Installation crews, warehouse and in-house production of structures, furniture and graphics: fewer subcontractors, more control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer in China has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in China or abroad, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Questions we are often asked.

Can you build an EICMA stand at short notice?

Yes, we assess urgent requests straight away. With modular structures, fabric graphics and platforms we can often deliver a stand a few weeks before opening.

Can the platforms take the weight of motorcycles and quads?

Yes. We size platforms and ramps on the actual weight and number of vehicles you exhibit, and include them in the drawings submitted to the organiser.

How much does a stand for EICMA cost?

It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.

Can we communicate in Chinese?

Yes. Write to us in Chinese or English: we reply in Chinese with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too, to avoid misunderstandings.

Is the stand rented or bought?

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
