What VicenzaOro is and what it asks of a stand

VicenzaOro is one of the most important jewellery shows in Europe, held at Vicenza Expo Centre with the January edition alongside T.Gold, dedicated to jewellery machinery and technology, and VO Vintage. Manufacturers, designers, wholesalers and retailers from all over the world meet here.

Jewellery manufacturers from Hong Kong, mainland China, Thailand, India and Turkey exhibit next to Italian goldsmiths. A jewellery stand is a small shop with very high security needs: lockable showcases, light that makes metal and stones shine, and closed rooms where buyers can look at pieces calmly.

What a stand for VicenzaOro needs

Security showcases. Lockable display cases with safety glass, plus a safe or secure storage where needed.
Jewellery lighting. Lighting with the right colour temperature and colour rendering for gold, silver and stones.
Private sales rooms. Closed rooms with tables, mirrors and soft light for negotiations.
Premium finishes. Velvet, lacquers and metals: the stand must match the value of the pieces.
Close to us. Vicenza is in our home region: shorter logistics and faster support during the show.

Printing, electrical system with Italian declaration of conformity, lighting, carpet, screens and LED walls.

Installation crews on site

Our own crews and partners build the stand during the official build-up days and dismantle it after the show.

Logistics, storage, paperwork

Transport, passes and unloading slots, approval of the project by the organiser, storage between shows.

Exhibiting from China or from abroad

Most of our international clients have never worked with an Italian stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in Chinese with the help of translation tools.
Our own crews, warehouse and production. Installation crews, warehouse and in-house production of structures, furniture and graphics: fewer subcontractors, more control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer in China has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in China or abroad, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Do you supply lockable showcases for jewellery?

Yes, lockable cases with safety glass, on rental or to buy, integrated into the stand design.

Can you also build stands for T.Gold?

Yes, for jewellery machinery and technology we design stands with power for working machines and demo areas.

How much does a stand for VicenzaOro cost?

It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.

Can we communicate in Chinese?

Yes. Write to us in Chinese or English: we reply in Chinese with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too, to avoid misunderstandings.

Is the stand rented or bought?

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
