What EIMA International is and what it asks of a stand

EIMA International is one of the world's major agricultural machinery exhibitions, held every two years in November at BolognaFiere. Tractor and machinery manufacturers, components, gardening and green-care equipment meet farmers, contractors and dealers from dozens of countries.

Tractor and machinery manufacturers from China and India exhibit alongside European groups, and EIMA is often where they meet new dealers for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The machines are huge and heavy, and the stand has to make them approachable: platforms, walkways, viewing decks and a comfortable place to sit down and talk business.

What a stand for EIMA International needs

Platforms for heavy machines. Platforms and ramps designed on the weight and footprint of tractors and implements.
Viewing decks. Raised walkways or decks to see large machines from above and take photos.
Dealer hospitality. Lounge, bar and meeting rooms for distributor meetings, often the real goal of the show.
Indoor and outdoor areas. Stands in halls and in outdoor exhibition areas, with structures suitable for both.
Large-format branding. Graphics and signs visible from far away in very large halls.

Exhibiting from China or from abroad

Most of our international clients have never worked with an Italian stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in Chinese with the help of translation tools.
Our own crews, warehouse and production. Installation crews, warehouse and in-house production of structures, furniture and graphics: fewer subcontractors, more control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer in China has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in China or abroad, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Questions we are often asked.

Can you build a stand for tractors and large machines?

Yes: platforms, ramps and walkways are designed on the weight and dimensions of the machines, and approved by the organiser with the stand drawings.

Can you build in the outdoor areas of BolognaFiere?

Yes, with structures suitable for outdoor use and the documentation the organiser requires.

How much does a stand for EIMA International cost?

It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.

Can we communicate in Chinese?

Yes. Write to us in Chinese or English: we reply in Chinese with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too, to avoid misunderstandings.

Is the stand rented or bought?

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
