What Vinitaly is and what it asks of a stand

Vinitaly is Italy's international wine and spirits exhibition, held every spring at Veronafiere. Wineries, consortia and distilleries meet importers, distributors, restaurateurs and wine shops from all over the world, and for many producers it is the most important commercial week of the year.

Foreign wineries and national pavilions exhibit next to thousands of Italian producers, and buyers from China, the United States and the rest of Asia walk the halls looking for new labels. A winery stand is a tasting room, a sales office and a business card at the same time: it must seat the right people and keep bottles, glasses and ice at hand without showing the back room.

What a stand for Vinitaly needs

Tasting counters. Worktops at the right height, spittoons, glass washers and space for open bottles, separate from the seated area.
Wine fridges. Whites, sparkling and rosé served at the right temperature for four days, with the electrical power ordered in time.
Hidden storage. A closed back room for cases, spare glasses, bags and coats.
Meeting tables. Vinitaly works by appointment: tables and seats for private meetings with importers.
Collective stands. Coordinated stations for consortia and regional pavilions with a shared tasting area.

Installation crews on site

Our own crews and partners build the stand during the official build-up days and dismantle it after the show.

Exhibiting from China or from abroad

Most of our international clients have never worked with an Italian stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in Chinese with the help of translation tools.
Our own crews, warehouse and production. Installation crews, warehouse and in-house production of structures, furniture and graphics: fewer subcontractors, more control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer in China has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in China or abroad, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Questions we are often asked.

How early should we book a Vinitaly stand?

As early as possible: crews and rental equipment in Verona in April are in high demand. With three to four months you have full choice of design and finishes.

Can you supply wine fridges and glass washers?

Yes, on rental together with the stand, with the electrical load calculated and ordered from Veronafiere.

How much does a stand for Vinitaly cost?

It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.

Can we communicate in Chinese?

Yes. Write to us in Chinese or English: we reply in Chinese with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too, to avoid misunderstandings.

Is the stand rented or bought?

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
