What Lineapelle is and what it asks of a stand

Lineapelle is the international fair of leather, accessories, components, fabrics, synthetics and models for fashion, footwear, leather goods, furniture and automotive. Twice a year, at Fiera Milano Rho, tanneries and material suppliers present their collections to designers and brand style offices.

Tanneries from the Italian districts exhibit next to many foreign producers, including Chinese manufacturers of leather, synthetics and components. Visitors come to touch: they flip through sample books, fold hides and compare colours under the light. The stand is a tidy archive and a work table, not a window to look at from far away.

What a stand for Lineapelle needs

Sample walls. Panels, rods and drawers to show materials by family, colour and finish, easy to browse.
Colour-accurate light. High colour-rendering lighting on tables, because colours are judged by eye.
Work tables. Large tops where designers spread samples and choose variants.
Private rooms. Closed spaces to show the season's novelties only to selected clients.
Sample storage. A storeroom for boxes and colour cards.

Installation crews on site

Our own crews and partners build the stand during the official build-up days and dismantle it after the show.

Transport, passes and unloading slots, approval of the project by the organiser, storage between shows.

Exhibiting from China or from abroad

Most of our international clients have never worked with an Italian stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in Chinese with the help of translation tools.
Our own crews, warehouse and production. Installation crews, warehouse and in-house production of structures, furniture and graphics: fewer subcontractors, more control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer in China has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in China or abroad, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Questions we are often asked.

Can you design sample walls for leather?

Yes, with panels, hide rods, drawers and shelves sized on your sample formats.

Can the same stand serve in February and September?

Yes: structure and furniture stay, graphics and sample layout change, and the stand stays in our warehouse between editions.

How much does a stand for Lineapelle cost?

It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.

Can we communicate in Chinese?

Yes. Write to us in Chinese or English: we reply in Chinese with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too, to avoid misunderstandings.

Is the stand rented or bought?

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
