What Ecomondo is and what it asks of a stand

Ecomondo is the leading exhibition in Europe's Mediterranean area for green technology and the circular economy, held every November at Rimini Expo Centre. Companies in waste management, recycling, water and wastewater treatment, bioenergy, remediation and environmental services meet utilities, municipalities and industry.

Equipment manufacturers from many countries, including China, bring shredders, sorting systems, filters and components to Rimini. At a fair about sustainability, a stand that is reused and produces little waste is part of the message, and visitors notice.

What a stand for Ecomondo needs

Platforms for machines. Load-bearing platforms and protections for shredders, compactors and plant components.
Material displays. Showcases and shelves for samples of recycled materials, granules and finished products.
Technical explanation. Screens, models and graphics to explain processes and plants that cannot be brought to the fair.
Reusable structures. Modular systems, fabric graphics and rented furniture to reduce waste.
Meeting areas. Tables and rooms for technical and commercial meetings.

Exhibiting from China or from abroad

Most of our international clients have never worked with an Italian stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in Chinese with the help of translation tools.
Our own crews, warehouse and production. Installation crews, warehouse and in-house production of structures, furniture and graphics: fewer subcontractors, more control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer in China has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in China or abroad, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Questions we are often asked.

Can you build a sustainable, reusable stand for Ecomondo?

Yes: modular structures you can reuse, recyclable fabric graphics, LED lighting and rented furniture, with little ending up as waste.

Can we show working machines?

Yes, with power connections, guards and the documentation required by the organiser.

How much does a stand for Ecomondo cost?

It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.

Can we communicate in Chinese?

Yes. Write to us in Chinese or English: we reply in Chinese with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too, to avoid misunderstandings.

Is the stand rented or bought?

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
