What interpack is and what it asks of a stand

interpack is the world's leading trade fair for processing and packaging: packaging machinery, materials and containers, and complete lines for food, pharma, cosmetics and industrial goods. It takes place every three years at Messe Düsseldorf; from 2029 it moves to early summer.

Machine builders from Germany, Italy, China, India and Japan show complete lines running in front of customers. That means load-bearing floors, power and compressed air, and a quiet place to close large orders.

What a stand for interpack needs

Lines in operation. Load-bearing floors, cable ducts and compressed air coordinated with the hall.
Safety around machines. Barriers and walkways for live demonstrations.
Meeting rooms and hospitality. Offices and a bar for long negotiations.
Two-storey stands. Upper-floor rooms to leave the ground to the machines.
Samples on show. Cases for the packs produced by your lines.

Your stand designed on your floor space and position in the hall, approved by you before anything is built.

Installation crews on site

Partner crews managed by us build the stand during the official build-up days and dismantle it after the show.

Most of our international clients have never worked with a European stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in your language (Chinese, Hindi, Urdu and more) with the help of translation tools.
Coordinated crews, warehouse and production. Partner installation crews, our warehouse and trusted workshops for all wood-based structures and furniture, coordinated by one team: one point of control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer at home has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in Asia or anywhere else, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Our own production

We make every wooden element ourselves, from A to Z.

Walls, counters, desks, platforms, display units, shelves and furniture in wood: we design them around your brand, have them built by selected partner workshops we have worked with for years, and manage transport and installation at the fair ourselves. One contact person runs design, production, transport and installation, so you never have to chase separate suppliers. We use Class 1 fire-rated certified materials and have already built more than 300 stands.

No third-party mark-up

Builders without production buy walls and furniture from others and add their margin. We don't: for the same stand, the price is lower.

Truly made to measure

Every piece is built on the size of your space and your products, not adapted from a catalogue.

From drawing to finished piece we depend on no one: even last-minute changes are made by us.

Can you coordinate the placement of heavy packaging lines?

Yes, with your forwarder and the fair's lifting equipment, in the right order with the stand build.

When should we start planning interpack 2029?

Space is allocated early: for a large stand, start the design at least a year before.

How much does a stand for interpack cost?

It depends on floor space, type of structure, finishes, electrics and services. We do not publish standard prices: we send you a free itemised quote for your project.

Can we communicate in our own language?

Yes. Write to us in English, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu or your language: we reply in your language with the help of translation tools and confirm important technical details in English too.

Is the stand rented or bought?

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
