Indian exhibitors at European trade fairs
Indian companies come to European trade fairs mainly in textiles and home furnishings, granite and stone, ceramic tiles, gems and jewellery, leather and footwear, engineering, agricultural machinery, food, spices and rice, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. For many of them the fair is the main way to meet distributors, importers and retail buyers face to face.
Many Indian companies exhibit inside pavilions organised by export promotion councils and trade bodies. Inside a pavilion you can still have a custom stand on your own plot, or upgrade the shell scheme with graphics, furniture, lighting and screens.

Exhibiting in Europe from India
This is how we make it simple.
- One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in your language with the help of translation tools.
- Coordinated crews, warehouse and production. Partner installation crews, our warehouse and trusted workshops for all wood-based structures and furniture, coordinated by one team: one point of control over quality and deadlines.
- Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
- We work with your design. If your designer at home has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
- Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in India or anywhere else, with an itemised quote in euro.
- Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
- Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
- Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Our own production
We make every wooden element ourselves, from A to Z.
Walls, counters, desks, platforms, display units, shelves and furniture in wood: we design them around your brand, have them built by selected partner workshops we have worked with for years, and manage transport and installation at the fair ourselves. One contact person runs design, production, transport and installation, so you never have to chase separate suppliers. We use Class 1 fire-rated certified materials and have already built more than 300 stands.
No third-party mark-up
Builders without production buy walls and furniture from others and add their margin. We don't: for the same stand, the price is lower.

Every piece is built on the size of your space and your products, not adapted from a catalogue.

Questions we are often asked.
We have never exhibited in Europe. Where do we start?
Book your space with the organiser first, then send us the floor plan. We prepare a 3D design and an itemised quote, and guide you through the organiser's deadlines.
Can you work with the design from our agency in India?
Yes. We build from your agency's drawings and check them against the venue's technical regulations.
Do you help with visas?
Visa invitation letters come from the fair organiser. We provide the quote and contract documents your company may need, and we plan the build-up so your team can arrive just before opening.
How much does a stand cost?
It depends on floor space, structure, finishes, electrics and services. We send you a free itemised quote in euro for your project.
