What Fruit Logistica is and what it asks of a stand

Fruit Logistica is the world's leading trade fair for fresh produce: growers, exporters, packaging, cold chain and post-harvest technology. Every February Messe Berlin brings the whole supply chain together with international retail buyers.

Exporters from India, Pakistan, China and the rest of Asia, the Mediterranean and Latin America exhibit next to European producers. Fresh produce must look perfect for three days, and buyers need a place to sit and talk volumes and prices.

What a stand for Fruit Logistica needs

Fresh produce display. Angled counters, crates and refrigerated displays.
Cold and water. Fridges, cold rooms and sinks with the connections ordered from the organiser.
Packaging on show. Shelves for retail packs and product lines.
Buyer tables. Seated positions for negotiations with chains and importers.

Most of our international clients have never worked with a European stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in your language (Chinese, Hindi, Urdu and more) with the help of translation tools.
Coordinated crews, warehouse and production. Partner installation crews, our warehouse and trusted workshops for all wood-based structures and furniture, coordinated by one team: one point of control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer at home has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in Asia or anywhere else, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Our own production

We make every wooden element ourselves, from A to Z.

Walls, counters, desks, platforms, display units, shelves and furniture in wood: we design them around your brand, have them built by selected partner workshops we have worked with for years, and manage transport and installation at the fair ourselves. One contact person runs design, production, transport and installation, so you never have to chase separate suppliers. We use Class 1 fire-rated certified materials and have already built more than 300 stands.

No third-party mark-up

Builders without production buy walls and furniture from others and add their margin. We don't: for the same stand, the price is lower.

Truly made to measure

Every piece is built on the size of your space and your products, not adapted from a catalogue.

Deadlines under control

From drawing to finished piece we depend on no one: even last-minute changes are made by us.
