What Wine Paris is and what it asks of a stand
Wine Paris, together with Vinexpo Paris, has become one of Europe's most important wine and spirits fairs. Every February Paris Expo Porte de Versailles brings producers from all over the world together with importers, distributors and the restaurant trade.
Like ProWein and Vinitaly, Wine Paris runs on appointments: the stand must allow tidy tastings and give importers a seat. Many exhibitors use one modular stand for all three fairs.
What a stand for Wine Paris needs

- Bottle wall. Backlit shelves with the whole range.
- Importer tables. Seated positions for guided tastings.
- Fridges. Whites and sparkling wines at the right temperature.

Exhibiting from Asia or from abroad
Most of our international clients have never worked with a European stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.
- One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in your language (Chinese, Hindi, Urdu and more) with the help of translation tools.
- Coordinated crews, warehouse and production. Partner installation crews, our warehouse and trusted workshops for all wood-based structures and furniture, coordinated by one team: one point of control over quality and deadlines.
- Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
- We work with your design. If your designer at home has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
- Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in Asia or anywhere else, with an itemised quote in euro.
- Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
- Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
- Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Our own production
We make every wooden element ourselves, from A to Z.
Walls, counters, desks, platforms, display units, shelves and furniture in wood: we design them around your brand, have them built by selected partner workshops we have worked with for years, and manage transport and installation at the fair ourselves. One contact person runs design, production, transport and installation, so you never have to chase separate suppliers. We use Class 1 fire-rated certified materials and have already built more than 300 stands.
No third-party mark-up
Builders without production buy walls and furniture from others and add their margin. We don't: for the same stand, the price is lower.

Every piece is built on the size of your space and your products, not adapted from a catalogue.
