API integrations

API integration services
that keep systems in sync.

Two systems that do not talk, and a person retyping data between them, is the most common — and most fixable — waste we see. We build integrations between your CRM, e-commerce, accounting, ERP and everything else, with monitoring so you know when something fails.

What we build

Systems we connect

01

Salesforce integrations

Leads, opportunities, accounts and custom objects synced with your website, ERP, billing or support tools.

02

HubSpot integrations

Contacts, deals and forms flowing between HubSpot and your site, product and back office.

03

QuickBooks and Xero

Invoices, payments and customers synced from your CRM, store or job system — no double entry.

04

Shopify and e-commerce

Orders, inventory and customers synced with your ERP, 3PL and marketplaces.

05

Stripe and payments

Subscriptions, invoices and payment events reflected in your systems in real time.

06

Custom and legacy systems

When there is no API: reliable exports, database connections or a small API built in front of the old system.

The reality

Integrations fail
quietly.

The risk with integrations is not building them, it is the silent failure six months later when an API changes or a record is rejected. Every integration we build logs what it does, retries what it can and alerts someone when it cannot.

We prefer direct API integrations for anything business-critical, and workflow tools like n8n or Make for simpler flows. You get documentation either way.

Before quoting, we check what each system's API allows — so you do not pay for an integration that turns out to be impossible.

Pricing

Fixed price
per integration.

Integrations start from €1,500, with a fixed price in writing after a free feasibility check.

Ongoing monitoring and maintenance is optional and monthly.

The code runs on infrastructure under your account.

How we work

Fixed price,
no surprises.

  1. Free 30-minute callWhat you sell, who to, and what the site or software has to do. No sales deck. Sometimes the honest conclusion is that you need less than you thought.
  2. Fixed-price quoteOne figure in writing, covering everything needed to go live. It does not move mid-project: anything you add later is quoted separately, and only if you ask.
  3. Built in stagesYou see something usable within the first weeks, then every week after. Corrections happen during the build, not in a big review at the end.
  4. Launch and afterGo-live, checks, training for your team. Maintenance is optional — you are not locked in, and the domain, accounts and source code are in your company's name.

FAQ

The questions we always get.

Can you integrate Salesforce with our ERP?

Usually, yes, through Salesforce's APIs and your ERP's API or export. We confirm feasibility first.

Do you use Zapier?

For simple flows it can be fine. For business-critical integrations we prefer direct code or n8n, which are cheaper at volume and easier to monitor.

What happens when an API changes?

Monitoring alerts us; on the maintenance plan we fix it, otherwise we quote the fix.

How much does a website cost?

A company website costs €350 one-off, plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain, maintenance and content changes included on a 24-month minimum term. Web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off; custom business software starts at €1,500. Larger projects get a fixed quote after a free analysis.

Will we own the website and the code?

Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.

Do we pay VAT or sales tax on your invoice?

Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.

Got a project in the US?

Thirty minutes on a video call, free and with no sales deck: we tell you what you actually need, what it costs and how long it takes to go live. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that too.
