Contractors

Websites for contractors
that ring the phone.

For a contractor the website has one job: make the phone ring with jobs you want, in the areas you serve. We build fast, local, call-first sites for general contractors, home builders, remodelers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and landscaping companies — and the scheduling tools behind them.

What we build

Built around
the phone call

01

Call-first mobile design

A tap-to-call button that is always visible, financing and emergency service up front, and pages that load fast on a phone in a driveway.

02

Service and area pages

A page for each service and each city or suburb you actually serve, with real content — the structure that wins local search.

03

Online booking and quotes

Request-a-quote and booking flows that collect the address, photos and details you need, connected to your scheduling software.

04

Reviews and trust

Google reviews, licenses, insurance, warranties and before-and-after photos where homeowners look for them.

05

Seasonal campaigns

Landing pages for AC tune-ups, furnace season, storm damage — timed to when people search.

06

Scheduling and crew apps

When the office is the bottleneck: jobs, routes, photos, signatures and invoices on the technician's phone.

The reality

Local search
is the whole game

Homeowners search for a service plus a place — "AC repair Mesa", "roof replacement Plano" — or just "near me". The map results and the first few organic results take almost all the calls.

Winning there takes three things: a complete Google Business Profile with the right categories and service areas, a steady flow of genuine reviews, and a site with a real page for each service and area. Lead-gen marketplaces sell you the same lead as three competitors; your own rankings do not.

A note on honesty: Google requires a real address for a business profile, and fake offices get suspended. We build service-area pages for the places you serve, and leave the profile tied to your real location.

What it costs

Priced like a tool,
not a subscription trap

A contractor site starts from €350 one-off, or €24.80 a month with hosting and changes included. No long contract that holds your domain hostage — the domain is registered in your name.

Many home service marketing packages bundle the website into a monthly fee you can never leave. Ours is deliberately simple: you own the site, and ongoing SEO is a separate, cancellable service.

If your office spends hours scheduling and chasing paperwork, a custom scheduling or estimating tool often pays back faster than any marketing.

How we work

Fixed price,
no surprises.

  1. Free 30-minute callWhat you sell, who to, and what the site or software has to do. No sales deck. Sometimes the honest conclusion is that you need less than you thought.
  2. Fixed-price quoteOne figure in writing, covering everything needed to go live. It does not move mid-project: anything you add later is quoted separately, and only if you ask.
  3. Built in stagesYou see something usable within the first weeks, then every week after. Corrections happen during the build, not in a big review at the end.
  4. Launch and afterGo-live, checks, training for your team. Maintenance is optional — you are not locked in, and the domain, accounts and source code are in your company's name.

FAQ

The questions we always get.

Do you work with ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Yes. We connect booking and quote forms to the platform you use where it offers an API or booking integration, so leads land straight in your schedule.

Can you build pages for every city we serve?

Yes, as long as each page has genuinely useful content for that area. Thin copy-paste city pages do not rank anymore, and we will not build them.

How fast will we get calls?

From Google Ads, immediately. From organic search, typically two to six months for area-specific searches, depending on competition and reviews.

How much does a website cost?

A company website costs €350 one-off, plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain, maintenance and content changes included on a 24-month minimum term. Web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off; custom business software starts at €1,500. Larger projects get a fixed quote after a free analysis.

Will we own the website and the code?

Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.

Do we pay VAT or sales tax on your invoice?

Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.

Got a project in the US?

Thirty minutes on a video call, free and with no sales deck: we tell you what you actually need, what it costs and how long it takes to go live. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that too.
