Construction software

Construction management software
built around your jobs.

Off-the-shelf construction platforms are built for the average contractor, and nobody is average. When your team is paying for a big platform and still running the real work on spreadsheets, a custom system — or the missing piece around your current one — usually pays back fast.

What we build

From the field
to the job cost report

01

Daily reports

Weather, crew, hours, work completed, photos and issues — on a phone, offline on site, synced to the office.

02

Job costing

Labor, materials, equipment and subs against budget, per job and per phase, so you know which work makes money while there is still time to act.

03

Scheduling

Crews, equipment and subcontractors on one board, with changes pushed to the people affected.

04

Subcontractor management

Onboarding, insurance certificates with expiry alerts, contracts, pay applications and lien waivers.

05

Documents and RFIs

Drawings, submittals, RFIs and change orders with versions and approvals, instead of email threads.

06

Estimating and bids

Assemblies, unit prices and markups in a tool that produces consistent proposals in minutes.

The reality

Buy, extend,
or build?

If a platform like Procore or Buildertrend fits most of how you work, keep it and extend it: we build the missing report, integration or field app around it.

If you are paying per-seat for features nobody uses while the core of your process lives in Excel, a custom system built in stages is often cheaper over three years — and it fits your process instead of forcing a new one.

Either way, the field app decides success. If a superintendent cannot file a daily report in two minutes with gloves on, the data never arrives.

How we build it

In stages,
starting where the hours go

The first stage tackles the biggest waste — usually daily reports or job costing — and goes live in four to eight weeks. Then we measure the hours saved before deciding the next stage.

Integrations are standard: QuickBooks, Sage, Foundation or your accounting system for costs and invoices, and your estimating tool for budgets.

Custom software starts from €1,500 for a focused first stage, with a fixed price per stage in writing.

How we work

Fixed price,
no surprises.

  1. Free 30-minute callWhat you sell, who to, and what the site or software has to do. No sales deck. Sometimes the honest conclusion is that you need less than you thought.
  2. Fixed-price quoteOne figure in writing, covering everything needed to go live. It does not move mid-project: anything you add later is quoted separately, and only if you ask.
  3. Built in stagesYou see something usable within the first weeks, then every week after. Corrections happen during the build, not in a big review at the end.
  4. Launch and afterGo-live, checks, training for your team. Maintenance is optional — you are not locked in, and the domain, accounts and source code are in your company's name.

FAQ

The questions we always get.

Does it work offline on job sites?

Yes. Data is stored on the device and syncs when the signal returns, with photos and timestamps.

Can you integrate with QuickBooks or Sage?

Usually, yes, through their APIs. Costs and invoices flow both ways so accounting stays where it is.

Who owns the software?

You do: the code lives in your repository and there is no per-seat license tied to us.

How much does a website cost?

A company website costs €350 one-off, plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain, maintenance and content changes included on a 24-month minimum term. Web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off; custom business software starts at €1,500. Larger projects get a fixed quote after a free analysis.

Will we own the website and the code?

Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.

Do we pay VAT or sales tax on your invoice?

Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.

Got a project in the US?

Thirty minutes on a video call, free and with no sales deck: we tell you what you actually need, what it costs and how long it takes to go live. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that too.
