Dispatch boards
Loads, drivers, trucks and appointments on one screen, with changes pushed to drivers instantly.
Logistics runs on speed and paperwork, and most of the paperwork is still retyped: rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, invoices. We build dispatch tools, driver apps, customer tracking portals and integrations that take the retyping out — around the TMS you already have, or instead of it.

Loads, drivers, trucks and appointments on one screen, with changes pushed to drivers instantly.
Load details, navigation, status updates, photos of BOLs and PODs, and signatures — working offline on the road.
Shippers see status, ETAs and documents themselves instead of calling your dispatchers.
Rate confirmations and PODs read automatically, matched to loads, and turned into invoices without retyping.
Your TMS, ELD and telematics, load boards, accounting and factoring — connected so data moves on its own.
Receiving, put-away, picking and inventory with barcode scanning on phones or rugged devices.
In most small and mid-size logistics companies, someone spends hours a day moving data between emails, PDFs, the TMS and accounting. It is slow, it creates billing errors, and it delays cash.
Automating that handover — reading documents, matching loads, generating invoices — is usually the project with the fastest payback in the business.
We start there, in a first stage that goes live in four to eight weeks, then extend to tracking portals and driver apps.
If your TMS works, we integrate with it through its API. If it does not have one, we use reliable exports. Replacing a TMS is a big decision we will only recommend with numbers behind it.
Driver apps are built for the cab: big buttons, few steps, offline support and photos that upload when the signal returns.
Custom software starts from €1,500 for a focused first stage, with a fixed price per stage.
We work remotely with logistics software across the country, with calls in your morning and the build happening while you are offline. Local market notes, city by city:

Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.
Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.
