Custom CRM

Custom CRM development
for small business.

Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for a generic sales team, and per-seat pricing grows faster than you do. A custom CRM follows your actual process — your stages, your fields, your follow-ups — and connects to the tools you already use. We build them from €1,500, in stages.

What we build

A CRM built
around how you sell

01

Your pipeline

Stages, fields and rules that match how your deals really move, not a template.

02

Leads from everywhere

Website forms, calls, email and ads landing in one place, assigned automatically.

03

Follow-ups that happen

Tasks, reminders and sequences, so no lead goes cold because someone forgot.

04

Quotes and invoices

Quotes generated from the deal and invoices synced to QuickBooks or Xero.

05

Customer history

Every call, email, order and document on one screen.

06

Reports you read

Pipeline, conversion and revenue by source, rep and period.

Buy or build

When a custom CRM
beats HubSpot or Salesforce

If a standard CRM fits your process and the per-seat price is fine, use it — we can integrate it with everything else.

Custom pays off when your process is specific (service contracts, project-based sales, dealers, renewals), when the CRM has to merge with operations, or when seat prices for a growing team stop making sense.

You can also start custom and keep exporting everything: your data is never locked in.

Pricing

From €1,500,
no per-seat fees.

A focused first stage starts from €1,500 with a fixed price; most small-business CRMs land in the low five figures in euros across stages.

No license per user: add your whole team.

Data migration from spreadsheets or your current CRM is included in the plan.

How we work

Fixed price,
no surprises.

  1. Free 30-minute callWhat you sell, who to, and what the site or software has to do. No sales deck. Sometimes the honest conclusion is that you need less than you thought.
  2. Fixed-price quoteOne figure in writing, covering everything needed to go live. It does not move mid-project: anything you add later is quoted separately, and only if you ask.
  3. Built in stagesYou see something usable within the first weeks, then every week after. Corrections happen during the build, not in a big review at the end.
  4. Launch and afterGo-live, checks, training for your team. Maintenance is optional — you are not locked in, and the domain, accounts and source code are in your company's name.

FAQ

The questions we always get.

Can you migrate our data from HubSpot or Salesforce?

Yes, contacts, companies, deals and history, mapped and checked before switching.

Does it work on phones?

Yes, the CRM works in the mobile browser and can be installed as an app.

Can it connect to our email?

Yes, with Gmail or Microsoft 365, so emails are logged against the right contact.

How much does a website cost?

A company website costs €350 one-off, plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain, maintenance and content changes included on a 24-month minimum term. Web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off; custom business software starts at €1,500. Larger projects get a fixed quote after a free analysis.

Will we own the website and the code?

Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.

Do we pay VAT or sales tax on your invoice?

Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.

Got a project in the US?

Thirty minutes on a video call, free and with no sales deck: we tell you what you actually need, what it costs and how long it takes to go live. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that too.
