Work orders and scheduling
Jobs assigned and rescheduled from the office, pushed to the technician's phone with address, history and notes.
Field service software fails in the field, not in the demo: too many screens, no signal in the basement, forms built for the office. We build field apps around the technician's day — jobs, checklists, photos, signatures, parts, invoices — working offline and synced with the office.

Inspections, service reports and safety forms that match your process, with required fields where it matters.
Proof of work captured on site and attached to the job automatically.
Truck stock, parts used per job and reorder alerts.
Invoice or quote generated at the end of the job and synced to QuickBooks or your accounting system.
Customers book, see upcoming visits and download reports without calling the office.
The main reason field software gets abandoned is not technical: closing a job takes too long. If a technician has to fill twelve fields on a screen designed for a desk, the fields stay empty and the data is useless.
We design for one hand and gloves: open the job, take photos, tick the checklist, sign, done. Offline by default, because basements, plant rooms and rural sites have no signal.
QR codes on equipment take it further: scan and see the asset's full history, manuals and last service.
If a platform like ServiceTitan or Jobber fits how you work, use it — we can integrate with it. Custom makes sense when your process is specific: regulated inspections, complex equipment, multi-step jobs, or per-seat fees that no longer add up.
We build in stages: the first, usually work orders and the mobile app, goes live in four to eight weeks.
Custom software starts from €1,500 for a focused first stage, with a fixed price per stage.
We work remotely with field service apps across the country, with calls in your morning and the build happening while you are offline. Local market notes, city by city:

Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.
Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.
