Class booking
Schedules, waitlists, cancellations and reminders, with spots released automatically.
Generic fitness platforms put their brand in front of yours and take a fee on every member. A branded app — booking, memberships, workouts, progress — keeps your members in your world and the data in your hands. We build them at a fixed price, for single studios and multi-location gyms.

Schedules, waitlists, cancellations and reminders, with spots released automatically.
Plans, class packs, freezes and renewals, with Stripe or your existing processor.
Programs from trainers with exercise videos, sets and weights, and logging in a few taps.
Measurements, personal records, photos and check-ins that keep members engaged.
Client lists, messaging, plan templates and notes for trainers managing dozens of clients.
Check-in by QR, member lookup and attendance reports for the team.
For most gyms and studios, keeping members matters more than finding new ones. An app that members open several times a week — to book, log a workout, see progress — is a retention tool first and a booking tool second.
A branded app also changes the economics: no platform fee per member, and the member relationship stays with you if you change software later.
For personal trainers, the app replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, PDFs and messaging apps with one place clients actually use.
Workout, body measurement and health information can fall under state consumer health data laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's similar law, which apply far beyond hospitals. We design consent and data handling accordingly.
Payment data never touches our servers: it stays with the payment processor.
A ready-made web app starts from €750; a custom branded app gets a fixed price per stage.

A company website costs €350 one-off, plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain, maintenance and content changes included on a 24-month minimum term. Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.
Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.
