Work orders and dispatch
Orders released from the ERP to stations, with instructions and drawings on screen.
A manufacturing execution system connects the plan in your ERP with what really happens on the floor. Packaged MES suites are powerful and expensive to fit. We build focused MES and scheduling tools for small and mid-size plants — the modules you need, connected to the ERP you have.

Orders released from the ERP to stations, with instructions and drawings on screen.
Start, stop, quantities, scrap and downtime logged on tablets or read from machines.
A visual schedule by machine and shift, with drag-and-drop changes and capacity checks.
Lots, serials and materials tracked from receipt to shipment.
Availability, performance and quality per machine, live, on the floor and in the office.
Inspection plans, measurements and nonconformances tied to the order and the part.
MES projects fail when they try to model the entire plant before anything goes live. We start with one line or one department, prove the data is right and the operators use it, then extend.
Operator screens are designed for gloves and noise: big buttons, few taps, badge login.
We come from northern Italy's manufacturing districts, where we build this kind of software for machinery and component makers.
Work orders and items come from your ERP; production results go back. We integrate with Epicor, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Dynamics and others through APIs or database exports.
Machine data can come from standard protocols such as OPC UA or MQTT when available, or from simple operator inputs when not.
A focused first stage starts from €1,500 with a fixed price.
We work remotely with manufacturers across the country, with calls in your morning and the build happening while you are offline. Local market notes, city by city:
Northeast: New York · Boston · Philadelphia · Washington, DC
Southeast: Miami · Atlanta · Orlando · Tampa · Charlotte · Raleigh · Nashville
Midwest: Chicago · Minneapolis · Detroit · Columbus · Kansas City
Texas and the Southwest: Houston · Dallas · Austin · San Antonio · Phoenix · Las Vegas
West Coast and Mountain: Los Angeles · San Francisco · San Jose · San Diego · Seattle · Portland · Denver · Salt Lake City
If your problem is planning, the ERP may be enough. If it is knowing what happened on the floor and when, you need MES functions. We tell you which after a visit or call.
Often, if they expose OPC UA, MQTT or similar. Otherwise operators log events in a few taps.
Typically six to ten weeks for one line or department.
A company website costs €350 one-off, plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain, maintenance and content changes included on a 24-month minimum term. Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.
Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.
Thirty minutes on a video call, free and with no sales deck: we tell you what you actually need, what it costs and how long it takes to go live. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that too.
