Small business

Affordable web design
for small businesses.

A small business does not need a $10,000 website. It needs a fast, honest site that shows up on Google, works on a phone and makes it easy to call or book. We build exactly that from €350 one-off, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain and changes included — and the site is registered in your name.

What we build

Everything a small business site
actually needs

01

A few pages done properly

Home, services, about, reviews, contact. Written around what your customers search for, not around filler.

02

Google Business Profile

Set up or cleaned up — categories, hours, photos, services — because for local businesses it brings as many calls as the site itself.

03

Calls, bookings and quotes

Tap-to-call, booking links and short quote forms that land in your inbox or your scheduling tool.

04

Fast on any phone

Pages that load in about a second on a mid-range phone on cellular, where most of your visitors are.

05

Accessible and compliant

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA with a proper privacy and cookie setup, so the site is not an easy target for ADA demand letters.

06

Changes included

On the monthly plan, text and photo changes are part of the fee. No quote every time you change your hours.

The reality

Why affordable
does not mean cheap.

Website builders look cheap until you count your own hours, the apps you add and the template everyone else uses. Big agencies are good but price in their office and their account team. A small business is usually best served by something in between: a real developer, a fixed small price, and a site you own.

Our price is low because our overhead is low — a ten-person team in northern Italy — not because we skip the parts that matter: speed, structure, accessibility and search foundations are in every site.

Two options, no tricks: €350 one-off and the site is yours (plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing), or €24.80 a month with everything included on a 24-month minimum term.

Getting found

Local search
is where small businesses win.

You will not outrank national directories on broad terms, and you do not need to. Searches like "bakery in Brookline" or "roof repair Mesa" are decided by your Google Business Profile, your reviews and a site that clearly says what you do and where.

We set up the structure for that from day one: a page per service, your service area stated clearly, structured data for your business, and a simple way to ask happy customers for reviews.

If you later want ongoing SEO or Google Ads, that is a separate service with no long contract.

How we work

Fixed price,
no surprises.

  1. Free 30-minute callWhat you sell, who to, and what the site or software has to do. No sales deck. Sometimes the honest conclusion is that you need less than you thought.
  2. Fixed-price quoteOne figure in writing, covering everything needed to go live. It does not move mid-project: anything you add later is quoted separately, and only if you ask.
  3. Built in stagesYou see something usable within the first weeks, then every week after. Corrections happen during the build, not in a big review at the end.
  4. Launch and afterGo-live, checks, training for your team. Maintenance is optional — you are not locked in, and the domain, accounts and source code are in your company's name.

FAQ

The questions we always get.

Is €350 really the whole price?

For a standard small-business site, yes: design, development and launch. Add €150 for the initial Google and Bing optimization. Domain and hosting are yours to keep; on the monthly plan they are included.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes, text and images. On the monthly plan we do changes for you as part of the fee.

How fast can it go live?

Usually two to three weeks once we have your texts and photos. We can help write the texts.

How much does a website cost?

A company website costs €350 one-off, plus €150 if you want the initial optimization for Google and Bing, or €24.80 a month with hosting, domain, maintenance and content changes included on a 24-month minimum term. Web apps start at €50 a month or €750 one-off; custom business software starts at €1,500. Larger projects get a fixed quote after a free analysis.

Will we own the website and the code?

Yes. On the one-off option the domain, hosting, content and source code are registered in your company's name from go-live, and the code lives in your repository. There is no license tied to us and no lock-in.

Do we pay VAT or sales tax on your invoice?

Our invoices to US businesses are issued without Italian VAT, because business services sold outside the EU are not subject to it, and as a foreign service provider we do not add US sales tax. Your accountant will confirm how to record it on your side — it is a standard cross-border arrangement.

Got a project in the US?

Thirty minutes on a video call, free and with no sales deck: we tell you what you actually need, what it costs and how long it takes to go live. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that too.
